Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of bath, body, and beauty items we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Store credit will be offered if there is a valid concern* with your order. Please use the Contact form to let us know if there is a problem with your order. We strive to satisfy every customer and we will work with you to find a solution.

*Exclusions apply. For example, if you do not appreciate the scent or color you chose, that is not considered a valid concern. :)

Discount Codes

Discount codes do not apply to sale merchandise or already discounted items and bundles. Codes must be entered at the time of the order and cannot be applied after the order is placed.

Damaged Products

If your products are damaged or defective when you receive them, please contact us within 14 business days of receipt and we will replace them or provide store credit, whichever you choose. We require photographs of the damage to the products and packaging before items can be replaced.

Lost Packages

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer at checkout or for lost packages if the tracking indicates that your order was delivered. In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office to see if they can resolve the issue.

Shipping Overages and Shipping Speed

The default package size is set to a Medium Flat Rate box to cover most shipping costs. If your package is shipped in a smaller container, the difference will be refunded when your order ships. We will use the most cost effective shipping carrier and speed based on the size of your order to save you money on shipping. If you want strictly USPS Priority Mail with no substitutions, please add a comment to your order to let us know.

Sales Considered Final

All sales will be considered final if we are not contacted within 14 business days of the date the order is received by the buyer. Tracking information is provided for all packages we send and that information will be used to determine the date the item was received.
